The application for City’s Consent to operate a Place of Instruction (crèche/ECD), on Erf 1815 Green Point, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
