The application for the departures in respect of Erf 2927 Pinelands, as set out in Annexure A and as shown on the plans attached as Annexure C, BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT REFUSED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to add reason 7.3 as follows:
