An administrative penalty in the amount of R 1 500.00 to BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 for the unlawful second dwelling unit (cottage) in respect of Erf 5276, 99 Acacia Street, Somerset West in accordance with plan no.IMP-01 Revision A.2 (PLAN 1 of 1), dated 5 Dec 2019
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend reason 2 as follows:
2. No abutting property owners have ever sent in complaints regarding the second dwelling.
