UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for the removal of a restrictive condition of title (condition contained in Clause F.4. of Deed of Title No. T23127/2015), of Erf 9777, 31 Algoa Street, Strand, so as to allow for removal of the 20m street building line along the N2 corridor BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.

Amend Annexure A by correcting paragraph 1.2 as follows:
Deletion of condition of approval, imposed by the erstwhile Administrator in terms of Ordinance 33 of 1934, so as to permit the removal of the 20m street building line along the N2 corridor on Erf 9777, 31 Algoa Street, Strand;
