The application for a temporary land use departure in terms of Section 42(c) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in order to permit the sale of alcoholic beverages for off-consumption from a portion of Erf 33665, 3 Twickenham Crescent, Beacon Valley, Mitchells Plain, BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the City of Cape Town, Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
