RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
That an administrative penalty in the amount of R500 BE DETERMINED for the unauthorised building work in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 on erf 2338, Pelikan Park be approved in terms of section 98(b)i of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
