RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
a. An administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Remainder Erf 70238 & Erf 70237 Cape Town with regard to the unauthorised building work on as per the plan drawn by Chris Banks Architecture with drawing no. 11, dated 26/07/2020.
b. An administrative penalty in the amount of R2 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 70237 with regard to the unauthorised land.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report
