RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R1 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 1714 Simon’s Town regarding the unauthorised covered entance and extension to the boundary wall, as shown on the plans drawn by Ontwerp Architecture, with drawing numbers A101 and A102, both revision 4, both dated 29-07-2020.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report
