RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R500.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 88788 Cape Town at St James, for unlawful building work as shown on the plan drawn by Beauvida Architecture etc. with drawing number 17_09_08, revision 2, dated 13 August 2020.
