RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 600.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 1780 Constantia, for the unauthorised verandah as shown on the plans drawn by Point 2 Architects, with drawing numbers 20_00 and 20_01, with project number 2020-01.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report and added an additional reason that reads as follows:
6.7 The reasons above warrant a reduction in the penalty amount.
