RESOLVED that:
a. The application for the amendment of conditions of an existing approval, for Remainder Erf 17656 and Erf 17657 Fish Hoek, as set out in Annexure A, BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. The application for departures, for Remainder Erf 17656 and Erf 17657 Fish Hoek, as set out in Annexure A, BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT REFUSED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report and added an additional reason that reads as follows:
7.1.8 The additional storey impacts the views from the valley floor as well as from Ou Kaapse Weg.
