RESOLVED that:
a. The application for the deletion of conditions 1.1 and 1.2 of the previous approval (Reference SE 15283/3) as set out in Annexure A attached hereto, for Erf 2133 Capricorn BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-law subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A attached hereto.
b. The application for an amendment of condition 1.4 of the previous approval (Reference SE 15283/3) as set out in Annexure A attached hereto for Erf 2133 Capricorn BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A attached hereto.
c. The application for a departure from the on-site parking requirement (as set out in Annexure A attached hereto) on Erf 2133 Capricorn BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A attached hereto, in accordance with the Site Development Plan attached hereto as Annexure C.
d. The application for Council approval of the Site Development Plan for Erf 2133 Capricorn attached hereto as Annexure C, comprising of the drawings as set out in Annexure A attached hereto, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report
