An administrative penalty in the amount of R 600.00 for the unauthorised building work in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2019, on Erf 30599, 32 Gqaza Road, Ilitha Park, Khayelitsha, BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2019.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reason set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend reason 6.1 as follows:
The duration of the building work is considered to be moderately longstanding.
