a. The application for the subdivision of Erf 97393 Cape Town at Newlands, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, as per plan of subdivision LUM/00/97393, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. The application for consent in terms of title deed condition 2.B(a)(1) for Erf 97393 Cape Town at Newlands, as set out in Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
