a. An administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 127911 Cape Town for the garage in accordance with the plans drawn by A J Arendse with drawing number 127911/3 (2 sheets), dated 2017-08-15.
b. An administrative penalty in the amount of R500 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 127911 Cape Town for the carport in accordance with the plans drawn by A J Arendse with drawing number 127911/3 (2 sheets), dated 2017-08-15.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
