RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R1000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 2998 Hout Bay regarding the unauthorised verandah, second dwelling extension and carriageway crossing as shown on the plans drawn by Stephen J Forster with drawing numbers 2998/AD/P/SP, 2998/AD/P/GF, 4544/P/EL/EL1 & 4544/P/EL/EL2, all dated 01-06-2020.
