That an administrative penalty in the amount of R10 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 1064 Constantia regarding the unauthorised offices, physiotherapy practice, and related building work, as shown on the plan drawn by Revel Fox & Partners, with drawing number 3, revision 2, dated 17-08-2019.
