UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R1 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 137819 Cape Town at Retreat, with regard to the place of instruction in the form of an Early Childhood Development Centre on the property and unauthorised carport as per the Site Development Plan drawn by S Ahmed with drawing number SSB 271119, dated November 2011.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
