An administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 158376 Cape Town at Kenilworth, in relation to the unauthorised building work shown on the plan with the drawing number 583/786/01 (2 pages) Rev 3, drawn by Sayed Adams dated December 2019.
