UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 5 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 69114 Cape Town at Wynberg with regard to the unauthorised carwash and building work as per the plan drawn by Rushil Magan, with drawing number PARKRD-2002-01 Rev A, dated 23 March 2020.
