An administrative penalty in the amount of R 1 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 90730, Ottery – Cape Town in accordance with plan no 2020/01/23 – AP drawn by M.Le Roux.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend reason 6.3 as follows:
The duration of the contravention is considered to be short.
Correct the numbering sequence in the ‘reasons for decision’.
