An administrative penalty in the amount of R 8 500.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised building work and unauthorised land use on Erf 36476, Cape Town, in relation to the unauthorised building work shown on the plan attached to this report as Annexure C.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
