An administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 111828 Cape Town regarding the unauthorised recreation room, with windows, as shown on the plans drawn by Jeff Dick dated 2014-08-14 (pages 1 to 3).
