UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 3 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised building work on Erf 1867 Hout Bay, as reflected on the plans drawn by Stephen J Forster with drawing numbers 1867/AP/P/G/1, 1867/AP/P/F/1and 1867/AP/P/S/1 all dated 20 March 2020.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
