An administrative penalty in the amount of R 800.00 for the unauthorised building work in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning Amendment By-Law, 2019, on Erf 661,3 Poplar Road, Weltevreden Valley, BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning Amendment By-Law, 2019.
