An administrative penalty in the amount of R0 to BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 for the unlawful carport, 4 covered areas, play shed and sunroom/braai room in respect of Erf 1188, Gordons Bay in accordance with plan no. 1908_MC, dated 18 February 2020.
