An administrative penalty in the amount of R 500.00 to BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 for the unlawful warehouse extension in respect of Erf 24840, Strand in accordance with plan no. 2020-01-GET-01-REV06, dated 06 February 2020.
