An administrative penalty in the amount of R 250.00 for the unauthorised building work in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, on erf 36210, 39 Matterhorn Crescent, Tafelsig, Mitchells Plain, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
