UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. An administrative penalty in the amount of R 2 300.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 11383 Wesfleur, Pearl Mansions for the unlawful land use (liquor shop), and such penalty be approved in terms of Section 98(b) of the said By-Law.
b. An administrative penalty in the amount of R 1 900.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 11383 Wesfleur, Pearl Mansions for the unlawful building work, and such penalty be approved in terms of Section 98(b) of the said By-Law.
