An administrative penalty of R 20 000.00 for the unauthorised building work BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 931, Bantry in accordance with plans labeled: 107/C/021 and 107/C/022, dated; September 2019, drawn by Daniel Maggs Architects.
