An administrative penalty in the amount of R 5 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 159435, 7 Hof Street, Gardens, Cape Town.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend the 2nd last reason as follows:
There is no concrete evidence which proves that the current owner previously contravened the MPBL or any other planning law.
