UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for rezoning of a portion of erf 1447 from Open Space (OS2) to Single Residential 1 (SR1) for Erf 1447 Tamboerskloof, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

b. The application for permanent departures for Erf 1447 Tamboerskloof Cape Town as set out in Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A, in accordance with the Site Development Plan in Annexure G.

c. The application for deletion of land use approval for Erf 1447 Tamboerskloof Cape Town as set out in Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.

Correct heading 1.1 to read as follows:
Rezoning for a portion of erf 1447 from Open Space (OS2) to Single Residential 1 (SR1)

Correct paragraph 1.2 as follows:
Item 22 (d) of the DMS: To permit a nursery to be setback 1.8m in lieu of 3m from the common boundary with erf 1448.
