RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
a. An administrative penalty in the amount of R25 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 310 Ocean View with regard to the building work relating unauthorised freestanding base telecommunication station as per the plans drawn by Tommy Brümmer Town Planners, dated 01-11-2019, sheets 3, 4 & 5.
b. An administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 310 Ocean View with regard to the land use relating to the unauthorised freestanding base telecommunication station as per the plans drawn by Tommy Brümmer Town Planners, dated 01-11-2019, sheets 3, 4 & 5.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reason as set out in the Planner’s report
