That an administrative penalty in the amount of R80 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 69 Bishopscourt in respect of the building work as per the plans drawn by Oliver Dods Architect, with drawing number 1806-03, Revision C, dated 13-11-2019.
