An administrative penalty in the amount of R 350.00 BE DETERMINED for the unauthorised building work contravention, in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 1152, 36 Birkenhead Street, Strand.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to:
Replace the word ‘tenant’ with the word ‘owner’ throughout the reasons.
