An administrative penalty in the amount of R 1 500.00 to BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 for the unlawful entrance foyer in respect of Erf 26345, 56 Silwanyana Street, Asanda, Strand in accordance with plan no. 08/26345/11/019.
