An administrative penalty in the amount of R 300.00 to BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 for the unlawful covered braai patio in respect of Erf 1300, 41 Companje Road, Somerset West in accordance with plan no. MCB-01(Plan 1 of 1).
