Resolution details

UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application and amendment for the deletion of title deed restrictions as contained in Annexure A attached in respect of Erf 213, 1 Quendon Road Sea Point and Erf 214 22 Kei Apple Road Sean Point BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with conditions contained in Annexure A.

b. The application for the Subdivision of Erf 213, 1 Quendon Road Sea Point into two portions as contained in Annexure D2 and the Subdivision of Erf 214 22 Kei Apple Road Sea Point into two portions as contained in Annexure D2 attached BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with conditions contained in Annexure A.

c. The application for the consolidation of remainder of Erf 213, 1 Quendon Road Sea Point with the remainder of Erf 214 22 Kei Apple Road Sea Point as contained in Annexure D2 attached BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with conditions contained in Annexure A.
d. The application for the permanent Departures in respect of the consolidated erf being remainder Erf 213, 1 Quendon Road Sea Point and remainder Erf 214 22 Kei Apple Road Sea Point BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with conditions contained in Annexure A.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report
