a. The regulation departure to permit a wall-plate height of 8,59m in lieu of 8m on erf 10967, Milnerton, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law in accordance with attached plan no. 4001, Rev A, dated 08.10.2018, attached as annexure B.
b. The regulation departure to allow a roof top height of 10,23m in lieu of 10m on erf 10967, Milnerton, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law in accordance with attached plan no. 4001, Rev A, dated 08.10.2018, attached as annexure B.
