An administrative penalty in the amount of R 300.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 for the unlawful covered braai patio in respect of Erf 1920, 18 Dakota Street, Maccassar in accordance with plan no. 19/04/01.
