UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for amendment of a condition of approval of the guest house on Erf 2256, Somerset West, to increase the number of guest rooms from 6 to 8 through the addition of a second dwelling unit comprising of 2 guest rooms, as reflected on plan no 8303-SDP dd 2019/01/28 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
