UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amounts of R 2 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in respect of erf 21066, 142 Tambo Road, Mandela Park, Khayelitsha.


REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to add new reason as follows:

6.4 The gravity of the application is deemed to be serious because of the health and safety risks

Amend reason 6.3 as follows:
The extent of the contravention is large and the gravity is significant given the accommodation of children without health and safety checks being undertaken
