RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY:
That an administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Remainder Erf 64673 Cape Town at Kenilworth regarding the unauthorised building work in accordance with plans drawn by Gordon Hart Architects with drawing number 2018.13 (2 pages), revisions H & I, dated 10 June 2019 and 2 September 2019 respectively.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the planner’s report
