RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY:
That an administrative penalty in the amount of R5 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 13062 Fish Hoek, for the entertainment area in accordance with the plans drawn by Peter Spoor with drawing numbers H/44/1 and H/44/2, dated December 2017.
