RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY:
That an administrative penalty in the amount of R10 000 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 for Erf 4518 Hout Bay, in relation to the unauthorised guest accommodation establishment and vehicular access as shown on the plans drawn by KCH Architectural Designs with drawing numbers 0030/TAR/SDP/001 (Rev B), 0030/TAR/LD/001, 0030/TAR/LD/002, 0030/TAR/MH/001, 0030/TAR/MH/002, 0030/TAR/TR/001, all dated September 2018.
