That an administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 10180 Constantia regarding the unauthorised verandah, pool and built in braai as shown on the plan drawn by Pene Walters-Brown with drawing number 2014/250/2-01 dated March 2016.
