RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
a. The application for the subdivision of Erf 64062 Cape Town at Kenilworth, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, as per plan of subdivision LUM/00/64062, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. The application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 64062 Cape Town at Kenilworth, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
That the words “Until occupancy certificates are issued for the buildings on portions 1- 6” be omitted in Condition 3.1.1 on folio 1369.
