That the application for amendment of restrictive title deed conditions, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 51890 Cape Town at Claremont, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report except reason 7.1.8 which is amended as follows:
7.1.8 The proposal will have a negligible impact on traffic. Adequate on-site parking will be provided.
