UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 1 000.00 for the unauthorised land use (ECD centre) and R 1 000.00 for the unauthorised building work in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 on erf 1280 Hagley BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)i of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to add new:
6.4 The gravity (66 children with no health and safety checks) is considered to be serious
