UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 500.00 for the unauthorised building work and R 1 000.00 for the unauthorised land use in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 on erf 17984 Mitchells Plain BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)i of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report amend:
6.3 The extent and impact of the unauthorised building work is minimal, however, the take-away operation could have more serious impact based on its nature.
